About Our Company

We started out in 2001 as a custom web site design company. In 2003 we designed a mortgage site for a client. In the process we learned a lot about the industry. The client informed us about the shortcomings of other companies that built mortgage sites exclusively. With the knowledge we gained, we decided to get into the mortgage web site business.

We launched mortgagwebsite.net in 2004 to offer inexpensive web site solutions for mortgage originators. Since then we have continued to improve our offerings. We were one of the first to offer an advanced rate engine with live feeds. We then created a rule based admin area where unlimited rules could be created to handle rate adjusters, closing costs and more.

Recently we have added Zillow Auto Quoting. Zillow.com collects mortgage applications from visitors. We have a solution that automatically quotes borrowers that fill out mortgage applications on Zillow.com. It's an add-on feature to our mortgage websites that show rates. You will need a registered account with Zillow. It is one of the most affordable solutions for Zillow Auto Quoting.
